Saat Pemerintah Menetapkan Harga Tes Swab Mandiri Rp 900.000

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kesehatan akhirnya menetapkan batas harga tertinggi tes usap ( swab test) mandiri dengan metode real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) dalam menangani penyebaran Covid-19. Penetapan harga batas tertinggi itu merespons keluhan masyarakat yang menganggap harga tes swab terlalu mahal, bahkan berbeda-beda di tiap rumah sakit. Ketua DPR Puan Maharani, Selasa (29/9/2020), meminta pemerintah mengatur standar harga tes swab untuk masyarakat.

Menurut Puan, kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan tes Covid-19 akan meningkat apabila pemerintah mampu menyediakan layanan dengan harga terjangkau. 'Mengimbau pada pemerintah agar pelaksanaan tes swab harganya bisa diturunkan, ada standardisasi harga. Walau disesuaikan dengan tempat atau provinsi/kabupaten tertentu, kalau harganya diturunkan, ini akan mendorong masyarakat melakukan tes swab secara mandiri,' kata Puan dalam keterangan tertulis, Selasa (29/9/2020). Sementara itu, di media sosial viral sebuah petisi berjudul 'Pak Terawan, Turunkan Harga Swab Test PCR Covid-19, dong!' yang dimulai seorang warga, Meika Arista, pada 29 September 2020. Hingga hari ini, petisi telah ditandatangani 4.763 orang dan belum ditutup.

Harga ditetapkan Rp 900.000 Plt Dirjen Pelayanan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Abdul Kadir, mengumumkan batas tertinggi tarif tes swab yaitu sebesar Rp 900.000. Kadir mengatakan, penetapan tarif tertinggi itu telah disepakati Kemenkes bersama Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP). Kemenkes dan BPKP menghitung sejumlah komponen untuk menentukan harga tertinggi, di antaranya pelayanan jasa, bahan, dan biaya administrasi. 'Tim Kemenkes dan BPKP menyetujui batas tertinggi biaya pengambilan swab dengan RT PCR mandiri yang bisa kami pertanggungjawabkan untuk ditetapkan kepada masyarakat yaitu sebesar Rp 900.000,' ujar Kadir dalam konferensi pers yang ditayangkan langsung di Kompas TV, Jumat (2/10/2020).
