Menag Bidik 10 Juta Produk UMK Bersertifikat Halal Tahun Ini

CNN Indonesia -- Menteri Agama (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumas menargetkan 10 juta produk usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) mendapat sertifikasi halal dari Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) melalui program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (Sehati) sepanjang 2022.

Yaqut mengklaim Program Sehati untuk mencapai 10 juta produk bersertifikat halal itu sebagai terobosan penting yang akan membawa banyak implikasi positif.

'Saya mengapresiasi Program 10 Juta Produk Bersertifikat Halal yang diinisiasi BPJPH pada tahun 2022. Akselerasi sertifikasi halal untuk 10 juta produk halal ini merupakan terobosan penting dalam mendorong pemulihan ekonomi nasional,' kata Yaqut dalam keterangan resminya dikutip Senin (28/3).

Yaqut berharap sertifikasi halal yang dilakukan secara masif bisa berimplikasi pada kinerja UMK kembali bangkit setelah terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Ia juga mengingatkan target 10 juta produk bersertifikat halal adalah tantangan yang besar.

Menurutnya, angka 10 juta sebuah loncatan yang sangat jauh jika dibandingkan dengan angka capaian sertifikasi halal yang ada selama ini.

'Untuk mencapai target ini, dibutuhkan kerja-kerja yang luar biasa dan kolaboratif. Kita harus melakukan akselerasi transformasi layanan jaminan produk halal dan menjalin sinergi dengan banyak pihak,' ujarnya.

Senada, Kepala BPJPH Muhammad Aqil Irham mengatakan program 10 juta produk bersertifikat halal untuk mengakselerasi pelaksanaan kewajiban sertifikasi halal yang telah dimulai sejak 17 Oktober 2019. Sedangkan Program Sehati upaya kolaboratif untuk mewujudkan target 10 juta produk halal tersebut.

'Tujuannya agar pembiayaan fasilitasi sertifikasi halal dari semua pihak dapat tersalurkan secara efektif, tepat sasaran, terdata, dan manfaatnya dirasakan oleh sebanyak-banyaknya pelaku UMK,' kata Aqil.

Aqil mengatakan saat ini BPJPH terus berkoordinasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan mendapatkan sebanyak-banyaknya dukungan pembiayaan fasilitasi sertifikasi halal UMK. Ia berharap Program Sehati dapat berjalan efektif atas komitmen yang kuat secara bersama-sama.

'Semoga sinergi dan kolaborasi ini dapat terus terjalin dan kita tingkatkan secara berkelanjutan, sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara luas oleh pelaku usaha khususnya UMK dan masyarakat pada umumnya,' katanya.

Sementara itu Staf Khusus Presiden RI, Diaz Hendropriyono mengaku telah memfasilitasi para Duta Besar berdialog dengan Kemenag soal implementasi kerja sama sertifikasi halal internasional pada 9 Februari lalu.

Ia menilai selama ini terdapat hambatan dalam kerja sama sertifikasi halal internasional, khususnya terkait dengan mekanisme pengakuan sertifikat halal antara Indonesia dengan negara lainnya serta ruang lingkup produk yang menjadi subyek Regulasi Halal.

'Apabila permasalahan ini tidak ditangani maka berpotensi memicu disrupsi yang tidak diinginkan dalam hubungan dan perdagangan internasional terutama dalam kaitannya dengan Indonesia,' kata Diaz.
