Ganjar: Pembayaran Gaji PNS Provinsi Lewat Elektronik

SEMARANG, Per 1 Oktober 2013, pembayaran gaji pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkungan pemprov dibayarkan melalui sistem elektronik. Gaji bisa diambil di ATM Bank Jateng cabang pembantu Setwilda, jaringan ATM Prima, ATM Bersama, maupun di mobil kas keliling Bank Jateng yang disiagakan di halaman Kantor Gubernur Jl Pahlawan.
Kepala Divisi Pemasaran Bank Jateng, Radjim mengatakan, pembayaran gaji secara elektronik melalui KPE (Kartu Pegawai Elektronik) diselenggarakan sesuai kebijakan gubernur. Selama ini gaji dibayarkan melalui sistem manual. PNS provinsi harus mengantri di kantor Bank Jateng cabang pembantu Setwilda. 'Mulai 1 Oktober, pemberian gaji PNS provinsi tidak lagi lewat bendahara tapi langsung ke rekening pegawai,' katanya di halaman kantor gubernur, Selasa (1/10).
Bank Jateng menyediakan dua unit mobil kas keliling khusus untuk melayani sekitar 923 pegawai PNS provinsi. Melalui mobil kas keliling, siapapun bisa bertransaksi mealui ATM dan tunai untuk pengambilan maupun penyetoran uang, tidak harus PNS.
Selain itu, disediakan pula fasilitas teller dan costumer service.
'Kami menyediakan dua mobil kas keliling setiap tanggal 1, agar tidak terjadi antrian panjang. Selain tanggal 1, mobil ini akan keliling ke pusat-pusta keramaian untuk melayani masyarakat umum,' paparnya.
Untuk mensosialisasikan penggajian nasabah PNS melalui KPE, Bank Jateng telah melakukan sosialisasi kepada BKD Provinsi Jateng dan seluruh Bakorwil. KPE yang berlogo lambang Pemprov Jateng, berfungsi sebagai ATM juga seklaigus sebagai kartu identitas.
Gubernur Ganjar Pranowo menyatakan akan mendorong semua SKPD di kabupaten dan kota agar secara bertahap bisa menggunakan penggajian dengan sistem elektronik. Begitu juga dengan Pemkot Semarang.
'Sistem ini akan membiasakan diri PNS bertransaksi dengan perbankan. Tujuannya agar lebih aman dan efisien,' tuturnya.
Sri Murni, salah seorang PNS Provinsi Jateng mengatakan, dengan diberlakukannya sistem ini lebih memudahkan pegawai karena tidak perlu antri. Gaji dapat diambil setiap saat. Proses registrasi juga sangat mudah.
