2023, Angka Perceraian di Kabupaten Pekalongan Menurun

Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1B Kabupaten Pekalongan mencatat angka perceraian di wilayahnya mengalami penurunan dari 1.864 perkara di 2022 menjadi 1.720 perkara di 2023.

Hakim Ketua Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1B Kabupaten Pekalongan, Wiwin Sutini menyebutkan dari ribuan perkara tersebut didominasi perkara cerai gugat atau perceraian yang diajukan oleh pihak perempuan, dan penyebab paling banyak di antaranya karena adanya perselisihan dan pertengakaran secara terus menerus serta ditinggal salah satu pasangan selama 2 tahun berturut-turut.

Sementara pada awal Januari 2024 ini menurutnya sudah lebih dari 50-an pengajuan yang masuk di Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1B Kabupaten Pekalongan.

Wiwin menambahkan sebelum ditetapkan putusan cerai pihaknya tetap mengupayakan perdamaian kedua pasangan baik di persidangan atau pun melalui mediasi. (Ozy)
