Seperti disebutkan Prakirawan BMKG Tegal, Sri Nur Latifah kemunculan bibit siklon tropis 91S ini memengaruhi kondisi atmosfer di sejumlah wilayah. Sehingga di beberapa daerah di Indonesia terpantau menjadi area konvergensi.

Sri Nur Latifah menyebutkan pada area konvergensi atau area berkumpulnya awan hujan diprakirakan akan turun hujan lebat disertai angin kencang.

Tak hanya itu Sri Nur Latifah menerangkan dinamika atmosfer yang dipengaruhi bibit siklon tropis 91S ini juga menyebabkan gelombang tinggi di sejumlah perairan.

Sebagai informasi berdasarkan pantauan BMKG Tegal potensi gelombang tinggi juga masih akan terjadi seiring dengan munculnya fenomena New Moon atau bulan muda yang diprediksi akan terjadi pada 10 Maret 2024. Disebutkan juga dampak tidak langsung dari gelombang tinggi tersebut bisa mengakibatkan terjadinya banjir rob.

Seperti pada 8 Maret 2024 sore diperkirakan terjadi gelombang tinggi di perairan Laut Jawa. Hal ini mengakibatkan sejumlah wilayah utamanya wilayah perairan utara Pemalang hingga Brebes akan terkena banjir rob. (Ribut- Ozy)
