Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat menutup sidang perkara gratifikasi dan pemerasan ASN Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan).

Mantan Menteri Pertanian (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) menyambangi Bareskrim Polri terkait pemeriksaan kasus dugaan pemerasan yang menjerat Pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Firli Bahuri.

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat menutup sidang perkara gratifikasi dan pemerasan ASN Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan).

Ditutupnya sidang tersebut sehubungan dengan SYL yang sedang sakit, Senin (29/4/2024).

'Yang mulia saya baru dapat kondisi klien ternyata kebetulan lagi diare sedang parahnya,' ucap tim kuasa hukum SYL dalam ruang sidang.

Menanggapi hal tersebut, ketua majelis hakim tipikor, Rianto Adam Pontoh langsung memutuskan untuk menunda sementara sidang tersebut dan akan dilanjutkan pada Senin depan.

'Jadi kita tunda dulu dan akan dilanjutkan kembali pada pemeriksaan saudara minggu depan Hari Senin depan,' kata Rianto.

Sehubungan dengan sidang pada hari ini yang belum sepenuhnya rampung, Rianto juga meminta agar saksi Mantan koordinator substansi rumah tangga Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan), Arief Sopian; Staf Biro Umum Pengadaan Kementrian Pertanian (Kementan) Muhammad Yunus; Mantan Kasubag Pengadaan Biro Umum pada Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan), Abdul Hafidh agar kembali hadir dalam sidang lanjutan.

Hakim juga meminta kepada Jaksa untuk mempersiapkan saksi lainnya yang akan hadir saat persidangan nanti.

'Dihadirkan saksi ini lagi ya dan kita periksa saksi yang lain, tambah saksi yang lain minggu depan tanggal 6 Mei dan untuk saudara jadwalkan juga tanggal 6 dan tanggal 8 pak, saksi ini dihadirkan lagi khusus untuk pemeriksaan terakhir kemudian setelah saksi ini kita lanjut ke saksi yang lain untuk tanggal 6 dan tanggal 8 Tolong disiapkan,' ucap Ketua Majelis Hakim.
